We stand behind what we make. If a pack you ordered directly from vagusfiber.com doesn't work for you, tell us within 14 days of delivery — we'll replace it, help you find a better fit, or refund you. This guarantee covers orders placed directly through vagusfiber.com. It doesn't extend to purchases made through third-party retailers.
How to claim it
Email support@vagusfiber.com with your order number and what went wrong. We may ask for a photo of the product or packaging — not to make it harder, just to help us fix whatever went wrong faster.
The fine print
We reserve the right to ask for proof of purchase and to decline requests we believe are fraudulent. We may update this guarantee over time; we'll always honor the version that was live when you ordered. This guarantee doesn't apply to wholesale orders — reach out to support@vagusfiber.com if that's you and we'll point you the right way.
